Chris Lewallen was born May 10, 1965 in Gainesville, Georgia.
Chris Lewallen is a self-taught artist who says he has been painting as long as he can remember. He is employed as a fireman but finds time to paint his bright, colorful paintings which consist mostly of animals. Lewallen uses enamel paint on tin, wood, tree limbs or anything else he thinks is interesting. Lewallen has been selling his work since 1992. He is represented by several galleries and is included in many private collections. |
